Watch Repair
The following information is intended for Canadian residents
For customers who own a watch that is covered by a current warranty, please follow the instructions listed on the form below. If your watch was received or purchased very recently, we suggest that you contact your retailer since they may be able to immediately resolve your product issue or provide a replacement.
If you are inquiring about having your watch repaired, the details shown below will provide you with our repair fees for most of our watches.
Please note that unless you are a Timex retailer, each repair request, whether in-warranty or not, should include your payment or your credit card details. This will avoid unnecessary delays in processing your repair request.
Should you decide to send us your watch, please include a filled-out Repair Request form in your parcel. You can click below to download the Repair Request form.
Some participating Canadian retailers will provide a pre-addressed bubble-mailer to return your watch to us.
