Shipping

We strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped from the Timex Group Canada Inc. head office in Markham, Ontario. We offer the following shipping services:

Standard Shipping - FREE on all orders over $75 (before taxes and promotional codes). $4.99 on all orders below $75
• Deliveries can take between 1 to 7 business days from date of shipment, depending on your location within Canada.
Premium shipping - $8.99 per order
• Deliveries can take between 1 to 2 business days from date of shipment, depending on your location within Canada.
 

Tracking

When we receive your order, we will send an email confirmation. Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification e-mail that will include a tracking number and website address where you can track your order. Your order status and tracking number can also be retrieved by signing into your Timex.ca account and viewing your order history.
